DC systems are those units that convert alternating current in continuous (rectifiers, chargers) or a direct current to alternating (inverters). DC systems can store energy in batteries. Able to obtain a continuous supply of DC or AC (via an ivnerter) without interruption.
When the rectifiers, chargers and inverters are integrated into a single unit, they constitute what is called a DC system, allowing both connect to AC power loads such as DC.
Furthermore, these DC systems have a DC control to manage all parameters and communication ports to communicate with the outside world, allowing inclusion within the DC system management software and perform remote management and allowing the state to be informed / alarms / events / actions of the unit.

SALICRU’s series DC Power-S rectifier modules are available in 1000, 2000 and 2700 wages and output voltages of 24, 48, 110, 125 and 220 VDC. Its modular design enables up to 4 modules to be installed in a 19” 2U subrack, achieving very high power density.
The control and monitoring system manages the entire system: input and output measurements, battery charging currents, control of priority and non-priority loads and communication channels with the outside. The maximum number of rectifiers controlled by a control system is 3, enabling systems to achieve power ratings of up to 81 kW with N+n redundant configuration options. The basic version of the communications module has: three programmable relays, a battery temperature sensor and an RS-232/485 channel. Extended version features a slot for an Ethernet/SNMP adapter, an NiCd electrolyte level detection input and six additional relays.

DC power-L are rectifiers / battery chargers based on microprocessor controlled thyristory technology, providing high quality and reliable protection for critical loads. DC power-L covers the range between 25A and 800A, with output voltages from 24 to 220 VDC. The output accuracy is better than +/- 1% and the system is designed to charge open or sealed lead acid and nickel cadmium batteries. All alarms, monitoring and status indicators (via display and LEDs) are managed through a digital control system. Each type of battery requires special charging characteristics, which are managed by the controller. The systems are completely customisable to the specific characteristics and needs of each client and application. The robust design ensures that the installation requires low maintenance and can work for long periods without special attention.

SALICRU CS IS is DC/AC converters, based on modern technical solutions, such as PWM technology and digitally controlled servo systems so as to get: high performance, low distortions (THDV) and increased stability. In addition, they offer excellent tolerance to short circuits, protection from polarity reversal and eco-mode.
