– On-site or telephone consultations on projects related to the construction of emergency power systems. This includes diesel generators (for outdoor or room installation), as well as UPS systems of any kind and power. In many cases, the end client is not quite aware of the loads and specifics of the site that is being built, especially when it comes to loads with high reactive power (motors, pumps, fans, etc.). Here we come, with our many years of experience in this field, and we help our clients find the right solution, avoiding potential future problems as well as saving money.
– We maintain many already installed devices within warranty and after-sales period. We replace consumables (oils, filters) of diesel generators and rechargeable batteries for UPS. For the devices for which we have signed post-warranty contracts, subscription support, we inform our customers in advance about the need for relevant activities in order to have sufficient time to provide the necessary funds.
– Repair of battery packs for various types of rechargeable devices and tools.
– Production of new battery packs, with elements of reputable manufacturers. We have quality point welding machines and guarantee perfect workmanship from A to Z.
